Join us today (19 August) as we celebrate the photographic processes pioneered by luminaries including Louis Daguerre and Henry Fox Talbot. It’s the perfect day to get out there (or stay inside!) and record contemporary images.

Here are our own images taken this month in Oxford, followed by pictures from Tenby, Wales (July 2026) and Rotterdam (July 2025). You’re welcome to use these images (for personal projects only) as you wish. Right click and ‘Save as’ to download an image full-size.

Oxford, August 2026
